Using Ventra

By accessing or using Ventra, you agree to these terms. You must use the marketplace lawfully and provide accurate account and transaction information. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and sign-in

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Ventra may allow Google sign-in as a convenient authentication option. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms.

Marketplace purchases

Ventra connects shoppers with approved sellers. Product availability, descriptions, prices, delivery estimates, and order details are shown during the purchase flow. You should review them before placing an order.

Available payment methods may include Stripe-hosted card checkout and cash on delivery. Additional payment-provider terms may apply.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, fulfillment, customer communication, and compliance with applicable laws. Ventra may review, suspend, or remove seller access or listings that violate marketplace requirements.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse Ventra, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit fraudulent orders, misleading listings, or unlawful content.
• Do not use Ventra to infringe another person's rights.

Reviews and submitted content

You are responsible for content you submit. You grant Ventra permission to display and use that content to operate and improve the marketplace. Ventra may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to a marketplace transaction.

Service availability

Ventra may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the marketplace evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ventra is provided on an as-available basis. Ventra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Ventra evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For questions, contact the Ventra operator through the support channel provided with your Ventra account.
